My 2nd Surgery - 2275 Grafts (4775 Total)

Hello, I appreciate everyone's feedback throughout the years on this forum. I just went for a SECOND surgery yesterday as the title says. I received 2275 grafts. We were aiming for 2500, however the PA who was doing the extraction stopped at that number because she did not want to over harvest. I will keep this thread updated like my first one so people can follow my journey.

I am attaching photos. Some right before the surgery, during and right after. My existing hair is wet from the spray they provide making it looker thinner FYI. Let me know your thoughts and happy growing.

Yeah my 6 uncles are all bald on my mothers side. My dad is bald and so is my grandpa.

I usually do monthly updates which the 1st month will be on Monday. I will take photos and update everyone then. So far everything is healing beautifully. I don’t have to wear a hat everywhere and feel embarrassed if I don’t. This is a lot different than my first surgery.

Quick update. Just hit the 30 day mark. Everything is healing nicely. My head is a little patchy but maybe I’m just not used to wearing it this short or there’s a little shock loss occurring. My first surgery, I had pretty bad shock loss and I was freaked out so with the minimal amount of it this time, I’m pretty happy. I’m not embarrassed to go out and I hardly ever wear hat unless I’m going to be in the sun for more than 15 minutes.

Thank you! Yeah, I am way less red than the first surgery after 30 days. It’s so nice to not look like a freak going out like the first surgery.

I have been on a super expensive meal prep for breakfast, lunch and dinner the last 30 days and also started personal training for the last three weeks so maybe that’s helping. Just trying to completely transform my self.

Your surgeon is really meticulous, working out the angles and distances for the front which crucially impacts our face. I'm sure you'll get a desired result again! Looking lean enough too, just need a little more muscle which is the easy part. Motivation is so crucial in anything and you're showing it.

Much appreciated sir I started the diet before the personal training so I think I leaned out first. This is my 4th week now of personal training so the next month or so I should see more muscle!

I’m very excited about this second surgery. Can’t wait to share the results. Everyone thinks going locally here in Beverly Hills is waste of money. Seeing how some of the clinics in turkey have recently been going down hill by taking on too much business, I’m happy with my choice.

What’s up everyone I’m at the two month mark. Everything seems to be healing nicely. The length on the sides and back of my hair I think is the right length the height to cover any scarring. Obviously there’s no results of the second surgery yet. I’m sure in the fourth and fifth month will start talking. But as promised I will update each month.

My last surgery I thought was a failure at the 2 month mark and couldn’t leave the house without a hat. I didn’t start seeing small results until the 4 month mark. I’m fully confident 60 days in but thank you for your comment happy growing!

2 months is much too early to judge if it will be a success or failure, I’ve seen some where their 1st hair transplant was a failure but their 2nd hair transplant worked out pretty well.

Agreed. 4 months I begin to dissect the progress! Right now I’m just happy I’m healed up.

Yes, way too early to see gains. The real change is month 4-6 and after minor improvement in most cases. Did you have an implant again at the front only? The thinning in the middle and crown wasn't addressed or is it shock loss or both? Looks severe either way. I remember you having slightly fuller hair but I haven't been checking things on here.
