My Hairline In Thinning In The Middle But My Sides Are Normal, Should I Worry?

I just turned 18. I've noticed these past few months that the middle of my hairline is thinning, but not my sides, which is weird because alopecia pattern usually shows on the sides and the scalp. I have a photo. I have long-ish hair and I'm scared to cut it short because it may easily show. Should I visit a derma or am I crazy? I used to take a anti-psychotic medicine two months ago and there was a 1 in 100 chance it could damage my hair, I stopped it but the hairline seems to have gotten worse still. It's not that bad but I feel like it'll only get worse from here, and I read treatment is about prevention, not growing the hair back. I'd be ok if I was guaranteed it wouldn't get worse.

It looks like common male pattern baldness. It may progress soon or, more, likely, stay as it is for a long time. You may want to consider some options to stop it progressing. Check out the new research section of this forum for ideas
