My Regimen And Progress Report Log (davat)

Hi all,
I thought I would start a post on here so I can properly measure my progress in this battle.
32 years of age, been fighting this since mid 20s with no results which meet my expectations yet.

Currently taking

Daily
finasteride 5mg (for several years at various dosages)
dutasteride 0.5mg (for several years at various dosages)
--------------
Vitamin D
Biotin 10,000mcg
to tackle inflamation:
NAG 700mg
Perrilla
Omega 3
Broccomax
---------------
Regenepure x 3 a week
Redken scalp shampoo x 1 a week
Egg white mask x 1 a week

Started this week (7/1/18)
Dermarolling 1.5mm every night
minoxidil/Finasteride topical - Morr F 5% every night

This is a pretty strong regimen and I'm looking to stop my loss and get some regrowth.
As it stands, despite being on finasteride and dutasteride combo I lose around 100 hairs every morning when running my hands through my hair, this has not changed since pre meds. I'm surprised dutasteride/finasteride combo hasn't stopped it dead in its tracks. what else could be at play?
I want to stop loss and thicken things up, hopefully the topical will work with the other meds and create a synergistic effect.
I will update with monthly photos starting tomorrow.

Thanks for reading, if anyone has any suggestions please chip in, be great to hear if anyone has been in a similar position, changed stuff up and got success.

No sides of note but no results, no better than when I was on finasteride by itself. shed pics above. I will update with pics of general hair today.

It's definitely shedding, my hair has got worse and worse year on year

No, its been the same level of loss for years, on 1mg finasteride to 1.25mg finasteride to 2.5mg finasteride
then 5mg finasteride. Then 5mg + 0.5mg dutasteride. even 1mg dutasteride and 5mg finasteride. Same results.

That's why I'm taking it up a level with dermaroller + minoxidil/finasteride topical and we'll go from there

Today's shed.
I'm saving up for blood tests to test my testosterone levels and DHT levels.
No way should I be losing like this on a dutasteride/finasteride combo.
2 weeks in to Morr-F 5% (finasteride/min topical) so lets see if this has an effect soon attacking it from a different angle

Morning shed 24/1/18
Totally unacceptable amount of loss, need to get this sorted.
This is on dutasteride, finasteride, Topical minoxidil/finasteride combo (1 1/2 months of this), derma rolling, saw palmetto, regenepure, nizoral.

Now properly taking the plunge with 1.25mg daily of oral minoxidil based on the success of other posters (ramsey, jgray201 etc) who have had taken this path and got results after not getting anywhere on the above. Hoping to stop this level of shedding and get a bit of thickening up.

Check for iron deficiency if you gonna get blood tested

Not when its going on for years and only miniaturises and hair continues to thin out and recede.
