I'm 28, and have been slowly losing my hair for the past 8 years. I have been on finasteride and nizoral for 2 years. My hair loss is the worst in the front, just behind my hair line to the middle of my head. I do not have a receding hair line whatsoever.

I'm looking to step up my regimen to combat the hair loss in that area. What should I add to my regimen? Thanks.

You can try my treatment, its very effective for me.
Dutasteride by Dr Reddi's once a day.$36 a month.
Minoxidil once a day and azelaic acid. $7+$10 a month.
Vitamins. $4 a months.
I am washing my hair 3 times a week with jonson baby shampoo with no SLS in it.
This treatment really helped me not only in maintaining but re growing some hair. All together I am spending $57 a months...used to spend more on cigarettes

What does Dutasteride and azelaic acid do?

I think that the dutasteride option should not be taken lightly.

I would recommend the addition of minoxidil or/and of a c.peptide spray(i.e. Tricomin)

Seconded. dutasteride is very very potent. Check out the subforum when you get a chance.
