My Theory on Hair loss

After years of studying and experimenting.
Only sane conclusion I've come to is that the reason men lose hair is that they have very tense muscles choking the capillaries.
Mostly muscles in the neck and shoulders are pulling and creating the tension on your capillaries.
Other then the exception, all men lose hair in more or less the same pattern, give or take.
Women can also suffer from hairloss and/or thinning, usually not as agressive as males, but can because they also can get tension in their muscles.
Testosterone makes hair thicker, it is what turns a velus or fine hair thicker.
I don't believe in the popular method of lowering your testosterone is helpful.
I do believe that dht is present in the areas of baldness in higher amounts because it can't circulate properly and get out of there and back into the main arteries.
I believe as we age, it's a combination of muscles getting tense and pulling on our scalp\galea which in turn thins and chokes out the capillary walls within the scalp.
Most capillaries end on the top of your scalp.
Only reason some drugs like minoxidil work is because they are vasodilators.
Reason why most people don't respond, is because their capillaries are beyond a state where a vasodilator can work.
And if they do, you have to use it forever to keep the results, which will also fade.
Some times capillaries are thinned or broken beyond a state where they will respond.
The reason why everything has failed is because no one has found a way to regenerate those capillaries to the point where they can feed hair follicles with enough nutriets. oxygen, etc to produce a thick hair shaft.
Follicles are all there, just producing velus hairs or peach fuzz.
All studies show that to regenerate capillaries, you have to exercise.
Hopefully more research will come and there will be a way to cure future generations.
I believe the cure lies in angiogenisis of the capillaries.

Wouldn't there be more women with thinning hair as well if that were to be true.
