Need Advice About Starting/adding Dutasteride (worried)

Hi, I recently started Finasteride about 40 days ago but since staring it my scalp has started to itch a lot more. I have read on these forums how that is a bad sign. I feel my hair loss is aggressive as I have diffuse thinning all over and the hair on top of my head seems dead, thin and greasy.

I have read how dutasteride is better for aggressive hair loss so do you think it would be best for me to add dutasteride say 3 times a week to my regimen or just take dutasteride full time? I haven't really felt side effects from finasteride but I feel my hair loss is aggressive and with the constant itching I feel its a bad sign.

if your hair loss is agressive dutas is the best choise. 0,5mg everyday. you can swith back to finas if you will feel any side.

Finasteride also tore me up with dry/flaking itchy scalp and lower legs also dry and itchy.
I switched to dutasteride and it has yet to cause the side effects I had from finasteride.
