need help with choosing

hi all
i don't really post that much because i feel like my battle as been lost due to my hair loss anyway,i have been trying to grow my hair back for the last three years now but no luck.i was lucky to come across this web site
but still find it hard to get to grips with all the products you can use.
i don't know what to start trying,at the moment i am just using my laser
comb but i feel like i need to use a dht stimulator and a growth stimulant.
if anyone can help please do i am open to anyones help thanks and good
hair growth.

Get on the big 3 ASAP.... Propecia, Rogaine 5% and Nizoral shampoo and use them religiously for a year. Forget all the other products. They're just snake oils. The hardest part is sticking with it.
