It's May 2nd and enough is enough. I've experimented with Rogaine, taken supplements, try to remember my proscar/popecia daily and it's not enough.
It's been a week now and I've set up a system and adopted new techniques and have started forming making the following all habits:
Rogaine Foam: 2x's a day and will stick to it from now on.
Proscar: daily and have the pills by my office's computer monitor and in gym locker for weekends.
Natural hair supplement: Same as Proscar
Nioxin shampoo and conditioner: Every 1 or 2 days
Nizoral: 2x's a week and leave on scalp for 5mins
HairMax LaserComb: 3x's a week before bed
It's been a week and I've seen less shedding, but thats all I can report at this time.
