New Things In The Battle

Some of the new research that I have learned and wanted to share in hopes more people will look into these things.

In the past month I have learned that Men's skin and Women's skin are very different.
Men have thicker skin, but lose collagen faster then women do.
Women, possible because of Estrogen have softer skin then Men and retain their thickness\elasticity longer then Men.
Also a possibility why men bald much more aggressive then women.

Also I just found a new product that really isn't new called Bio-Oil.
I think this could have a positive effect.
It contains a synthetic version of what ducks use to seal in the moisture in their feathers.
The other parts are Essential oils, Vitamin A and E.

Another interesting thing I've discovered is that most people don't consume whole grains.
Which is interesting because few things have what are called Ceramides.

I have discovered that Eucalyptus, Hemp oil and Wheat Germ Oil have Ceramides.

Ceramides decrease as we age and what ceramides do is, they retain moisture.
Interestingly Niacin increase Ceramides.

Makes you think why men always have issues with a dry scalp, dandruff, etc.

Also interesting is according to Wikipedia, vitamin D stimulates ceramides.
