hello

im 19 turning 20 and im probly a norwood 2.5
slight recession at temples and hairline but hardcore diffuse thinning going on all over my scalp, i can see my crown thinning out as well.

im thinking of going for this combo;
Tricomin
minoxidil for the hairline and temples
spironolactone for the hairline and temples
Msm and nizoral

I use dermmatch and it is pretty good for concealing my hairloss,
i want to minimize my shed to as little as possible as well.

any help is appreciated
thx

Hey heatman, those products you mentioned will help out. But if you are a diffuse thinner you need to apply them all over the thinning areas (Not just the temples). If you dont want to use propeica then give these products a go and see how things work out. Goodluck

I've about a year older and in the same situation (except for crown thinning which I haven't had yet *knocks on wood*). I've been using Nizoral 2% 2/3 times a week along with AC copper peptides and I haven't really noticed much. I'm ready to jump on the finasteride bandwagon as after months of reading I haven't seen much posts on success without it. I'm scared to try minoxidil because of the face bloating, as due to hereditary thin skin I have a little bit of circles under my eyes, don't want to make them puffier. If the sides from the finasteride are too bad I'll just dump it. The whole hairloss thing is fighting uphill, minoxidil, finasteride, spironolactone, nizoral, etc. just slow you from going down.

in theory l-arginine works as a vasodilator (expands your veins and stuff) so that more blood and nutrients can flow throughout the body). I've used it before for weightlifting and feel it definitly works for that. You're supposed to cycle it though so keep the body guessing, don't know if the same would hold true for hairloss applications
