Nizarol regimen that is working or showen to be successful

I'm applying every 2-3 days - should I increase to daily nizarol shampoo wash? What has worked for others? Also, how long do you leave it in your hair before washing out - is 30mins too long?

30 minutes is very long. I recommend 20 minutes and you should rinse your hair with warm water

Once every 3 days anywhere over 5 minutes to 10 minutes is what I do
