Nizoral 2% Shedding!

I'm 26 been on Propecia for 2.5 years never had a shed. Always used Nizoral 1% never had a problem! Switched over to 2% and shedding for 7 months now, but it's a catch 22 because it eliminates my severe dandruff. It looks like I regrew some hair, but the hair that shed still hasn't resurfaced yet. Any advice on what to do? Should I continue to use 2%? Also is it alright to shampoo everyday?

i'd go back to 1% I'd say hair is more important than dandruff.. but it's up to you i guess
