Is it better to use the 2% variety?

If so, where is the best/cheapest place to buy it online?

I used to use Dr. Lee's 2%, but I found it too drying on my hair.

Now I use 1% Nizoral every day, and my hair doesn't dry out much.

However recently here I've read the ketoconazole stays in the scalp for days...so maybe what I was doing before was better, even though I wasn't using it everyday? *shrugs*

i think 2% is better because more of that ketam whatever it does, the smarter people say its good for hair growing.

I use 1% every 3 days, plus it's cheap from Walmart.

i dont think it matters much. i use 2% because thats what i noticed everyone was using when i started but now most people seem to use the 1%. my scalp seems fine with the 2% so i just stick with that.

My scalp feels more sensitive to the touch in some areas and itchy. So I cut back to once a week wash.

Plus I dislike how it dries out my hair.

Im of the opinion that its not good to use this stuff regularly if your scalp feels fine without it. Its a medicine and I cant see anywhere on the bottle that says its a shampoo.

I just use the 1% every 3 days or so. Is the 2% one marketed as a "shampoo"? I read somwhere that it wasnt... :?
