Nizoral, Neogenic, TRX2 - what else works without side effects?

I'm a 23 year old with a NW2-ish and really want to do somthing about it before it "gets out of hand".

I've read way too much stories of people losing their sexdrive and becoming erectile dysfunctioned for life from propecia, something that has now been verified scientifically too, so I'm dodging that no matter how good it is for your hair.

I have very fairskin, so minoxidil will most likely **** my entire face up, so I have to dodge that too :(

So I'm left with Nizoral which seems to have good results.
I'm adding neogenic and trx2 because these have showed some great results in studies and also in some forum posts I've seen.
I know some probably think neogenic and trx2 is ineffective at best, but I don't even care, I'm willing to try anything that have science backing it and which doesn't give severe side effects.

So are there any other hair regrowth products that I am unaware of that has been shown to work without severe side effects?

Unfortunately, what you mention may not work on their own, especially not to regrow hair anyway.

TRX2 seems to get a lot of bad reviews online, and is supposed to use the same principle as minoxidil by opening potassium channels in the hair follicles, but it is ingested which means it won't be specific to the scalp; when minoxidil is ingested hair can grow all over the body, thicker and darker. However, TRX2 seems to be just as good as other pointless products, like Alpecin.

The only two which have proper results are, unfort unately, finasteride (Propecia) and minoxidil.

There's other experimental ones which people say they get results with, but they're few and far between.

Although science is a useful tool in selling these products, marketing is the biggest one.

nizoral will thicken hair shaft, and increase fraction of hair in anagen, but i dont think it will affect the actual density of your hair (#terminal hair/cm).

Actually TRX2 does work. My hair fall drastically reduced and I even regrow parts since taking it. And I have none of the side-effects which I previously had with propecia.

I'd say TRX2 in combination with minoxidil is the most powerful combo currently on the market (in terms of risk/benefits).
