Norwood In Your Guys Opinion? Thin Crown Spot? 19

Hey friends, been paying attention to my hair recently and would like your guys opinion on my Norwood level and crown. I asked my brother about the spot at the back of my head and he said thats just how our hair is but I think its just cope, our dad is bald, mothers dad had decent hair into his 70s though. Give it to me straight, do I look into "the big 3"?. Thanks for any opinions in advance.
