Now that the damage is done...

Alright team,

So it appears i was really retarded and screwed up my scalp by pushing through with minoxidil when I should have switched to a less irritating formula. I'm sure i caused a lot of hair loss because of this.

Now that all this damage is done, and I'm going to try using Dr. Lee's solution, what do you think the possibilities of regaining the hair that I lost are? Did i toast those follicles with my ignorance?

Well many of us have grown hair back. Having said that, you may have made your first valid point. I commend you!

So is there an answer for this? Does hair that I have lost because of an inflammed scalp ever grow back? Enquiring minds want to know...

Bombsie - it's tough to say cause the truth is, nobody really knows the extent of the damage. Has the inflammation killed the follicles? Hopefully not. These buggers are pretty darn tough except against DHT and fire. It's best to think positive and believe they will grow back.

And of course, to fix the cause - which you are working on. Good luck.

Right on, that's what i'm hoping. Looking at the hairs that are falling out they are really healthy except for the last cm or less. Almost like my scalp said get out of here....

Did you ever call Rogaine and tell them what your going through? Get off of the stuff dude. Stick with everything else your using though. Don't put any more chemicals in your hair. If anything what helped me out for 2 months after I quit Rogaine was Revivogen, it slowed down the massive shed, but it stopped working after 2 months.

See my other thread. I've stopped Rogaine completely, and I'm taking a week off while my shipment of non-PPG minoxidil comes in. We're going to try round #2 then.
