Nw7's With Unaffected Temporal Points

Has anyone else been noticing it? I'm NW2 and my temporal points have been f'ed up a bit. At the same time I often see NW7's with fully intact temporal points. This is weird.

Some people lose allside hair some don’t . If Brian Stelter wore a hat you’d think he had s full head of hair because of temple points . I never had any temple points even as a child

I too have receded temple points and I feel that this definitely exaggerates the look of hair loss and works against the theory of framing the face.
I saw your post in a different thread where you provided photos. I believe that the temple point design that you drew on was too aggressive and when you mentioned density, with single hairs that would be necessary in this area, natural should be preferred over density.
Have you consulted with any Drs regarding your temple point loss?

Well, that's just what I tested and it looks good on me. I've consulted some doctors already, but most of them don't want to do that either because it's a small procedure or because donor hairs are thicker and will look unnatural.

I think some people with terrible hair look better bald than with the hair they had. Look at pictures of Lenin when he was a kid. He was born with hairloss. Mine was only slightly less bad but he looked better as an bald adult then with the hair he had. He looked much better in disguise wearing a wig than he looked as a child because he had no temple points and a receded hairline as a kid

Also if you got temporal point transplants wouldn’t it cause shock fallout and you’d have a gap between the new points and what was left of the old?

Thanks for the link that you shared. It is a nice link.

Regarding shock loss, this would apply to any area of your head/hair, not just the temporal points. The entire idea behind any hair restoration surgery is to make any procedure appear completely natural. And so your physician will look into the area around/behind where the grafts are to be planted and see if the surrounding area shows signs of any miniaturisation. If it does not, then any hair loss through shock loss post hair transplant, should grow back around the 3-4 month stage.
If the physician can see miniaturisation in the area, then they must take this area and its future loss into consideration and graft into that area too, to avoid the exact situation that you mention.

They could add an inch of hair to my temples and temporal points and my forehead would still be massive . To do my temporal points would probably take an entire person’s donor area. Man this is depressing me

My hair kind of looks like Data in StNG last season but my hairline maybe a half inch higher , zero temporal points and a half inch to a full inch back from what he has
