Out of finasteride, dutasteride ok for a week?

I may run out of finasteride before my new supply arrives. I happen to have legit avodart here though. If I take that for a week or two it should be as if I never stopped treatment right? Since both work by preventing dht?

I know a week is no big deal to go without but I may as well take something suitable if I have it. So, cool, yes?
