study after study shows that PGE2 mediates hair growth, and that it's decreased in balding men. imagine what happens when you use this concurrently with blocking the PGD2 receptor.

well we are having one final group buy...

for prostaglandin E2: 100 mg / $230

PM me if serious about joining this buy.

you have until 7/1/15 to get in

at what concentration will you be using this at? I heard 0.1 mg per ml which didn't make much sense to me..do scales go to decimals of ml's?

expensive ones do, but what you do here is just mix up for 100 mL, then you are using 10 mg, which you can weigh out with the common $20.00 scales

what is PGE2?

tnx

a prostenoid produced naturally in the body which is involved in many inflammatory processes. it has numerous biological effects, which is probably why people are saying to use a low dose.

is it similar to bimatoprost. well bim is a prostaglandin F2 alpha analogue. Dinoprostone is the naturally occruing form of PGE2 which is what we are dealing with here. they do similar things, but differ as to what exact role they play on a case by case basis. to my knowledge PGE2 has a more direct effect at maintaining the active growth phase of the follicle than PGF2a (bim)

These group buys in the "private forum" appear to be run by actual racists, like real Stormfront.org types. I don't need experimental hair chemicals that badly.

@ FlipFlop:(25 June 2015 - 06:41 PM)the mean n i g g e r iq is 90 which is barely above legally retarded
@ FlipFlop:(25 June 2015 - 06:40 PM)dude it's a n i g g e r what do you expect

This kind of **** is posted all day there unfortunately. The above comment was made by a forum admin, who has a nazi-themed avatar. Anti-semitic comments are also posted regularly.

Is there a study anywhere which shows that dumping this on our heads will be good?

if you mean is there a study where they directly put this on people's scalp then No there is not. It's an endogenously occurring compound that is involved in a whole host of inflammatory processes and is unlikely to be made into a standalone commercial product because it can't really be patented.

However you may see some histogen type of concoction which has both prostaglandins and growth factors in it as part of a proprietary patented treatment which companies will price ridiculously high.

If it's similar to bimatoprost, will it cause my eyelashes to grow? I already have long eyelashes for a dude, and I don't want to look like Tammy Faye.

Kind of kidding, but kind of not.

I know that PGE2 has a good safety profile because it's used in dinoprostone, but does anyone have general knowledge on the safe concentration to put on our heads? I don't see everyone as excited about PGE2 (at least on here) compared to setipiprant group buys, is this just because everyone is more familiar with seti, or is this because PGE2 is more of a "stretch" as an alternative treatment compared to seti?
