Physical Tool To Stretch Scalp More/longer? (laxity)

Improving scalp laxity in the back of your head prior to a hair transplant.

Yes, 'use your hands', I know.

You can do it until your fingers/hands get tired or until you get a headache.

It seems possible to me that a simple household object you already have or machine could be able to help stretch more/for longer periods of time.

If you happen to think of any ideas for the above, please post them here.

I have tried just lying the back of my head on a rotating ball massager like the link below. A problem with it is that the balls dig into your head slightly so my experience in the long run, that head soreness limits the amount of time/regularity of doing this. It's slightly better than being limited by your finger/hand fatigue but it seems like there must be some simple object that could avoid this problem (perhaps some household machine or object with more side to side movement rather than massage balls, which are a bit too thick?)
