Picture of my hair, can someone help me?

Hi guys, im 19 years old and for the last two years my hair around the temple area has just vanished... It is receeding more and more. Can any of you guys help me? I dont currently have any hair regime....

Im not sure if its normal, because i have been highly stressed these passed for years, and the hair has started disappearing over that time.

Is there any hair product that you can recommend? I rather try something before seeing specialists.

At your age, a receding line can be normal, as a genetic familiar trait, ...
you have a good hair in the top, including crown.
If you want test anything before go to the specialist, choose a natural method avoiding strong meds.
