Please Help me Rate/Address my Hairloss Status

Good Day for all the Respected members here
I'm 29 years oldI've been Navigating this forums for almos two months now (since I've noticed ) my Hair Beginning to thin ....Actually it's thinning only on the left side of the frontal Area as shown in the pictures Attached
So Please I need help now ......And In my country the (propecia ,Finerstraid ...ETC) Are not sold anywhere .....the Only option from the big 3 we have here is Rogaine 5 % and Nizoral Shampoo and soome Vitamins
Also I would like to indicate that The hair loss only started 2 months after a long depression
so I'm like all of you .....my Goal is to Save the Remaining hair ....
My question is .....if i dont use treatments .....how long do I have Till i lose all the Remaining hair

finasteride is necessary. I don't know if you can save your hair just by nizoral and rogaine. Nizoral hardly helps. Rogaine is for regrowth and will help in maintaining but it's still not as effective as finasteride. See if they sell Dutasteride. You need a strong DHT blocker or else it'll not stop receding. If they don't have that too then Saw Palmetto is the last option which is considered to be weak but thats the only thing you can do. Or else just buy finasteride online.

You dont have long. Your entire hairline is thinning not just your temples meaning your hairloss is pretty aggressive. I would suggest you ask the pharmacies for proscar and if they dont have that then ask them for Avodart. If they dont have either, which is very hard to believe unless you live in a war zone, then you could delay your hairloss for like 5 years with rogaine

I will do my best to get AA medication.....but till then I will begin my minoxidil Regimen
but my question is
should I apply Rogaine only on the thinning parts ?
or the whole scalp (that's predisposed to go bald )
And is this a Typical male pattern baldness ? and if so why it's only happening on the left side ?

I have another question
If I used Rogaine on the Healthy part of my Hair will the healthy hair will be dependent on minoxidil ?
