Please Help. Shedding Concern Losing Hope

Hi all, I need some help please

I’m starting to shed pretty heavily. I’m at a NW3 atm. and my hair is fairly thin,

I have been on finasteride and min for 6 months in a week. I also switch between a organic shampoo and Foligains keto shampoo

I’ve only just started shedding all of the new hairs that I grew back, they’re slightly thinner than my terminal hairs and all about 2 cms. None of my terminal hairs come out. Just these small ones.

Can anyone tell me what’s happening? Do I need to change my regimen

There’s definitely more smaller hairs, but now at the 6 month point I’m feeling a little thinner than before. I am nervous

You're still in the early stages of using minoxidil, so increased shedding and hair loss is normal.
