Please recommend me some Suppliment for hair loss

Dear Friends,

This is my first thread in this forum. My hair loss situation is I have started thining hairs from crown and a little from hair lines . Currently I am using minoxidil 5% ( Regain) from last 2.5 months and also ordered Regenepure DR shampoo which I will get in a couple of days. Along with that I am searching for some supplement as well. Kindly recommend me some good proven supplement for hair loss treatment. I have no idea what to use. Please also tell me if supplement will make any side effect on sexual activity.

supplement that with some propecia

1 mg of Propecia daily. Maybe Nizoral 2% instead of Regenepure shampoo.

As for Biotin, it's hard to say, but I don't think it's had much of an effect on my hair. Just makes my nails grow faster as far as I can tell.
