Plucked hairs did not fall off!

i am new, and decided to share something strange that happened to me, i started having hairloss like 3 years ago, and i was thinning at the temples and corners of my hairline. and at times i would pluck these few hairs so i can line up my hairline to hide the hairloss. and now after more thinning these hairs that i have plucked have not fallen but the other hairs around them are now gone. i find this iteresting since i read a research on plucking mice hairs and it caused regrowth in the surrounding area.

any thoughts?
