LOL, what idiots. White bald men look pale, skinny and sick as if they're on chemotherapy.

Fortunately for black guys the party DOES begin because they (for the most part) look great. I grew up on basketball so I've seen a lot of guys go bald since their rookie year. MJ went bald and looks great. The same goes for Shaq, Barkley, Kenny Smith. Kevin Durrant is starting to lose density in his crown but he shaved everything in the last Olympics and looked great too.

White basketball players? Pretty much all turned out looking terrible.

Yes black people can pull off being bald like extremely well.
Gosh, it's not even noticeable or acknowledged.

I've noticed it in movies/TV shows no one gives a **** that the black guy has no hair and honestly why would you?
Unless you want the guy to have an afro or some BS, he's still going to look cool.

boo hoo I'm loosing my hair, o wait I'm black so I still look fine. lmao us white guys suffer...hahahaha

I've got some bald friends that bring in the chicks. I don't understand it to be honest. They have nice faces, good shaped heads, and have style. Then there are the awkward bald dudes. You know who I'm talking about. The rest of us haha.

Not being racist, but black men have nothing to lose if they go through male pattern baldness. No point in having hair if you can't pull off a model haircut(you need STRAIGHT SILKY HAIR)

I'd rather be NW2.5 with straight hair than a NW0 with frizzy nappy hair.

And what do you do if you aren't trying to attract anyone and just want to feel comfortable when you look in the mirror? Steve Harvey is an ignorant piece of work.

Not true I always had curly hair but it looked nice and girls loved it. My hair dresser just made a comment about how she remembers the first day I walked in when I was 17 with my adordable gorgeous curly hair

Yeah poor guy... Talking about daggers to the heart, this post by a woman in her 20s is what I feel every day:

I've been dating this guy for the past few weeks who is pretty much perfect in every way- working on a phd at Harvard, really awesome personality that clicks with mine, well traveled, etc...but he seems to have the beginnings of a receding hairline. He is only 27 so I'm kind of trying to decide if I should go any further because I'm really not attracted to that at all. It sucks, I've seen pictures of him a few years ago, he was really hot with a full head of hair!
(source http://jjb.yuku.com/reply/9909155/My-boyfriend-is-going-bald#reply-9909155 )

And notice how the guy is just starting with baldness (likely just NW1/NW2?), and it's already a huge negative factor, competing against strong positives such as intelligence, great education, a potentially solid financial future and matching personalities. All of those together can't still easily beat a receeding hairline.

what sucks majorily is that he 27 so shes prob 25 or less (normally).
Now in 15 years she probably wont care so much about hair on a guy but as a guy in 15 years your penis is not going to have the same oomf for a 40 year old woman like a 25 year old.
So basically guys who go bald even if they take care of themselves are staggered to have less quality females AND have to wait longer for them.

Some of those comments are fvcking disgusting:

You should break up with him.

he said he tried rogaine. lol.

Lol buy him some hair plugs.

My friends husband is going bald, he's 29 and it looks so bad. Prince William looks like sh!t with his receding hair line, so I can understand.

Bald may not be beautiful....not gonna lie.

psh I wouldn't date a balding man. Fvck finding a faithful, nice guy. I want a hot one.

Then you get guys like dreamermerlin telling people the situation isn't that bad. How can anyone be so ignorant? Baldness is the biggest turn off for women. Weight problems can be solved. Being short isn't that big of a deal unless you're a midget.

lol, who says this girl is a "quality female" though?? She could easily just be an ugly and/or fat, insecure, narcissistic moron of a b**ch... What man wants to be saddled with that for the next 20years?

Even if you look like a nw1 trophy boyfriend at 27, this type of crazy woman could easily leave you/cheat on you for some younger guy 10 years down the line when you start looking all wrinkly, flabbly, droopy and love handly, in others words, when you begin ageing naturally, like normal people, she'll find this totally unacceptable... so really no loss there at all to bald men, unless you're the type that gets off on narcisstic/personality disorder b****s?

When I see a 49 years old woman demanding a guy who is not balding and not greying (I've seen this, it's authentic!) on a dating website, I know there is something f-ed up with the women of our time.

The entitled female version of Elliot Rodger.

Women always get a pass though on such matters.

lol, i think you're cherry picking those comments ridiculously, the overwhelming majority are in support for the boyfriend and disgust for the shallow girl.

Lets not get over emotional about this...

Yes baldness is a turn off to women, but there are many others, e.g. being short, fat, scrawny, non-muscular, wrinkly, pale, having no sense of humour, no personality, no sex drive, small penis, having a ****y job/no wealth and/or no serious career ambitions...

If you really hate your hairloss that much, then there is nothing to stop you actually taking action and doing something about it, via meds, transplants or even hair systems...

Yes they might not be holygrail solutions, but they are sure as hell A LOT better than raging and venting angrily at a hairloss forum 24/7.

Of course I cherry picked, that's why I quoted them and said SOME. I didn't say all. WTF?

They want a hot one. They want a hot guy. Let them have the hot guy.

I know it will sound like I'm bragging here, but I know that to some extent, despite my baldness, I am this hot guy they want.

They (I'm talking about the girls I date) expect that I will be this perfect faithful hot boyfriend that will bend to all their desires.

The thing is, I know I can walk away at any moment, because I I know I have options, and I know I will break their heart. But they wanted the hot guy, so they will have to deal with it.

Girls think they're all entitled to a hot guy these days, no matter how fat and ugly they are, they think they can all have their cake and eat it too.

One of the girls I date still has "Single" written on her Facebook profile. Talk about keeping your options open.

They're not even aware that they will get old and that someday, all of these privileges they have will be gone.

But even then, there will still be thirsty guys to give them the attention they crave. This is the world we live in now.

When I see a 49 years old woman demanding a guy who is not balding and not greying (I've seen this, it's authentic!) on a dating website, I know there is something f-ed up with the women of our time.

This is also to Hellouser

Guys its because this world has given a super double standard to women/men.
Its okay for women to want what they want and be shallow because thats "girl power" and embracing your la Telogen Effluvium da. Yet we as men are pigs when we say we dont want a fat girl or one for various reasons.
Women also
1) dont crave sex like men
2) usually the ones that do dont have to look far for some

Any guy will usually be willing to put out to a mediocre chic who just wants to be friends with bennies (and what guy doesnt want to be "that guy"), but not vice versa.
This has kind of given girls the impression their vaginas are literally golden tickets to fancy land.

Just like you said Fred, there are always thirsty guys and this makes most ANY woman feel like they are "the SHEET" when they really arent its just that we are REALLY horny and would usually plow a hole in the wall if a shady guy next to it confirmed there werent razors inside.

Honestly (at least in the US anyway) if prostitution was legal, women would drop this attitude FAST because most guys would tell these women to screw off and just see a hooker to get their rocks off then put their time into more constructive areas. Legal Prostitution in the states would probably cure many ills... but we just cant see the light here.
