Propecia and hair around temples

Hi - I'm about to start using Propecia.

I know it's only supposed to work at the back and at the top
of the head, but will Propecia STOP any further loss:

1. At the receding temples

2. At the very front of my head - above my nose.

I'm not interested in individual stories, I only want to know
what is supposed to happen most of the time.

Also - is propecia supposed to decrease body hair growth?
This would be good for me.

The only clinical evidence of propecia's effectivness is that it prevents hair loss at the vertex of the scalp.

Thats not to say it doesn't have an effect else where (e.g. temples) but there is no official evidence to support it. However, from all I've read it will not do much/anything for these areas of the scalp. Just my opinion
