Propecia Help!

Hello!
I need an answer that can give me some much needed peace of mind. This is my "problem": I just received my propecia order - from the internet - and the pills have a P logo on one side and a rounded Propecia written on the other. What is confusing me is the fact that in every site I visited - including Merck's - the pills seem to have the same P logo on one side but on the other it's written propecia 1. Why is this number "1" missing from the medication I received? I'm asking this because I'm afraid it might be fake. Is this so, or is it a difference between american and european versions or something like that?

On top of this, can anyone tell me if taking the drug in the morning or in the evening makes any difference? My doctor couldn't answer this!!

Thank you all very much and I would like to say that this is one of the best forums of all kinds I have ever seen and that's mainly because of the quality of it's members!

P.S. I apologise for any spelling mistakes, but I'm from Portugal and english is only my third language.

Sounds real to me...I just looked at my Propecia and it doesn't have the #1 on it...I have a script for mine and I get it from Drugstore.com which is definitly a reputible site.

It doesn't matter what time you take or if it's with or without food. So take it when ever it's convenient just try to take it around the same time every day.

I have had Proscar with MSD on without MSD, Propecia with 1, without 1, from the USA, from the UK, from Portugal (QHI's stuff is often Portugese) they all vary a little, it is probably cost effective to have production within each country to reduce distrubution charges.

Take it when it is convienent, most people take it in the morning, grapefruit juice is said to cantain an enzyme that increases the drugs uptake (this is true of other drugs with regard to grapefruit juice not just finasteride)
