Fruity-Tootie Milkshake for Healthy Hair:
1 cup fat-free yogurt
2 cups skim milk
1 small banana
2 tsp brewer’s yeast
1 tsp wheat germ
1 medium papaya or mango, sliced
½ tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp molasses
Process in blender for 3 minutes. Drink slowly.
