Currently on finasteride for 1 year. Will keep going. My hair looks trash atm and it's making me consider suicide.



Dermarolling - how often does it need to be done? I think my derma is 1.5mm but not sure, gotta check it again. I've done it once every 2 weeks.
+ Is dermarolling any effective for regrowth without minoxidil?




Nizoral - currently bought it. Not sure how efficient it is but how often should I use it per week?



minoxidil - should I drop Nizoral and buy minoxidil? Can't all 3 of them because it's gonna become too expensive. Btw if I stop minoxidil the hair will fall after a few months of stopping it right? Even if I'm on finasteride.

Use 1.5mm with light to moderate pressure every night before you apply minoxidil, drop the nizoral if you can't afford it. Yes if you stop minoxidil finasteride won't maintain any gains you made with minxoidil. Also speak with your dermatologist about maybe getting low dose oral minoxidil prescribed if you can.

Also can you guys tell me how diffuse balding happen initially? I mean does hair miniaturize all over the head like when hairline receding happens? Because atm I have shitloads of miniaturized hairs all over my hair that makes my density look like that of a cancer patient...
