Question about needling

So i've been on 1mg finastirde for 1 year and 3 months, 2.5 oral minoxidil for 4 months.
I just ended a shedding phase (probably due to oral minoxidil) and hair is starting to regrow again, i would like to try needling once a week but im afraid it will cause fibrotic tisue on my temples, is it really safe to needling once a week?

Just do it conservatively. Make the skin pink and don't try to make yourself bleed.
