I can't read the full text of the study since it says to read full study need to pay. Question is. Has anybody read this study with regards to temperature degradation of propecia

Someone told me that it says they left propecia at 120 degrees F for 6 months and it only degraded 1.4%.

Any insight to this?

If 1.4% degradation true at 120 Degree F then it could take being in the microwave for 15-20 seconds. Just kidding of course. That's taking it to the extreme.

Found this. This is as close as to a study on propecia regarding temp. http://shodhganga.inflibnet.ac.in/bitstream/10603/42797/13/13_chapter_6.pdf

It says sample of finasteride was heated to 105 degrees F for 1 week. Purity after this was 99.8% still

Still can't read the study about 120 degrees F for 6 months with it only degrading 1.4%.

I have been wondering this as my thermostat is sh*t and will randomly jump to 86. I will be calling the company that makes my generic and asking the documented excursion temperature for generic Finasteride... will post results here
