I don't understand why people NW2 come on here. I'm all for complaining but I believe that time is precious and that time with hair is at least 5 times more valuable than time without it. A NW2 can really affect a man's appearance depending on the shape of their face, even if no one thinks of you as balding. I can completely understand why they are on this forum.

I am in my mid 30s with a career better than most, and even I am insecure about the NW2. I can only imagine how it must be for a man in their 20s, considering the damage that social media has done. Remember a lot of these guys have been warped to think 5'10 may as well be a midget, do you really think they are going to walk happily down the sunny side of the street with a NW2?

NW1 can make some dudes' face look better compared to how they look with an NW2 type hairline. I'm like NW1.5 but anyway lowering my hairline by just 1cm did a lot for my facial proportions. With the previous hairline I looked like my forehead was too big because I have a small skull to begin with.

Problem is some people don't really follow the Norwood scale so it's hard to say without seeing his pictures. Some guys are like Norwood 0 but claim to be Norwood 2. Then you get guys who say they are Norwood 2 but have an asymmetrical thinning hairline and are diffuse Norwood 6 - both very different issues. A true thick Norwood 2 like below (surgically made), would be considered a good head of hair at any age and girls wouldn't see any balding.

Barring extreme forehead changes, Norwood 2 looks more than fine. So if he has something similar to above the problems in dating are related to factors outside of hair loss.

Definitely, work of Dr Feller. Personally I opted for a Norwood 1.5-1 with more temple enclosure but anything that is NW2 or below is a full head if the hair is thick. A good dense frontal band transplant does wonders, it may even look better than their natural hairline even if the density is not perfect due to the uniformity and symmetry you receive which some people don't have at the beginning. Always good to leave some curvature to the hairline, looks way more natural and artistry too.
