Revivogen and minoxidil

Hey guys its been awhile since i've posted on here, but i've just started using minoxidil and revivogen together. I've been using the Rev for almost 4 months now and all i can say is that it has made my hair feel a lot healthier and maybe a little thicker so i'm hoping with the addition of minoxidil i can see some regrowth, but anyway is anyone else trying this combination?? Also, ever since i started using them together i've been shedding like crazy and my hair looks horrible because of it my hairline is worse than ever and i'm thinning out like crazy and its starting to scare me, so my question is, is this normal?? I haven't even been using the minoxidil for more than like 2 weeks and my hair loss is off the charts. If this is a shed will the hair grow back and will my hairline go back to the way it was before the minoxidil?? thanks guys

If head hair responds the same as hampster flank organs, then revivogen is probably a bit stronger than spironolactone cream, except it also has poly phenols.

Few people halt hair loss with spironolactone cream alone. Or at least no regrowth will OK.

Your combo is good, but you need an internal 5ar inhibitior, like finasteride or dutasteride. If you can't handle even a small dose of dutasteride, then you should add spironolactone cream to our regimen. spironolactone blocks androgen receptors a bit and revivogen vials (not the worthless shampoo and conditioner) inhibits 5ar to some extent. Together, you might get as much protection as propecia, but I can't say for sure.

if you don't get results from that, buy RU58841, the most powerful androgen receptor blocker there is, and make a cream out of it. I don't know if it will react with anything in dermavan. Glycerol and ethanol would be good, though now everclear, since the stuff might not like water. PPG is good if you can handle it. You said you use minoxidil so you should. You can buy all this stuff online at chemical sites and home soap making sites for $30 a liter of each. RU58841 topically in a cream could be as strong a propecia. If you can't handle finasteride, and have agressive balding, it may be your only hope.

There is a whole thread on RU in the experimental section, probably back a page. I posted the purchasing info in there. It is $300 plus $90 shipping for 10g which might need to be used in 6 months. It is pure and has to be frozen and kept dry to last as long as possible. It has no systemic effects.

thanks for reply man, thats some interesting stuff. I don't know what to do yet i mean i just started the two together, but its very demodivating to see how many hairs i'm losing and how bad my hairline has gotten, i swear it has receded like one inch since i started the regime its insane and looks really bad. If this is a shed how long will it take for it to grow back?

I have been using rev for about 4 months, and thought things were going well. The other day I thought my medium length hair felt much thinner than normal and realised that in the areas i had been applying the rev my hair was getting weaker. I have since stopped using rev for now and started using minoxidil and nizoral shampoo, until I can determine whether it was a shed or whether rev was simply not working for me. Ialso noticed a lot of brown staining/dead flaky skin in the areas of weakening hairs which has taken me nearly a week to remove since I stopped rev. Maybe the nizoral shampoo will remove this if i start rev again and maybe this flaky/brown stained skin was somehow blocking the follicles and causing the weaker hairs to occur.
I must admit, i actually thought everything was good up until about a month ago because i had noticed new hairs occuring on my temples...dont know what to think now!!!

I notice that two.. around four months, my hair in the frontal area is weaker, and breaks off with ease. I have been apllying minoxidil about a 1/2 hour after Rev.. Now i'm trying a few hours later.
