Yes you can buy Revivogen from UK. Just search for it in Google. But since I am in a good mood, I'll throw you a couple links to where I buy my Revivogen from:

I am not too sure on what to do when appyling Revivogen in conjunction with Minoxidil. But I am sure someone can answer that question.

What I normally do is leave Revivogen for as long as I can. I normally slap it on soon as I get back from work in the evening.
