revivogen?

I'm thinking of adding rogaine and/or revivogen to my regimen that consists of only 1/4 proscar daily. I've been on finasteride for about 10 months.

I've read good things about revivogen and would like to know your opinion/experiences of the stuff. I simply would like to know if it's worth it's (hefty!) price

P.S I've had an absolutely terrible shed that lasted three months and subsided just two weeks ago. My hair looks like absolute crap in the whole frontal region(lost 30%+ off of top of head) and i need something to kick in some regrowth.

If it was just a shed you don't need anything other than time to get your "regrowth"

Anyhow if you want to grow hair then use minoxidil. Revivigen is just a dht inhibitor and you already have that in the form of finasteride.

so you're basically saying that the finasteride is enough and I don't need revivogen or any other topical dht inhibitor. Is spironolactone another dht inhibitor or does it have another function? Which is the best minoxidil product?

Correct. Unless you try finasteride for a good 2 yrs and do not even see maintenance, you can hold off on Revivogen.

It has another function. Its an androgen blocker. Technically considered compelmentary to finasteride, but why add to your regimen? The more you add the more it costs and less chance you have of compliance. Your choice however.

Do you use Nizoral shampoo? If not this is good additional treatment to use with your finasteride. Its an anti-inflammatory and mild anti-androgen.

The revivogen solution I got in my shipment this time feels different. It seems to have more hold on the scalp and does not completely flow through the scalp into the forehead.

Has anybody noticed this difference?I have been using this for the past 6 months and I can definitely say hairloss has stopped but I see no re-growth.I use only Rev.Any suggestions/ideas would be very welcome??
