So, it is going to be a year since I started minoxidil treatment and I have been having lots of dandruff recently. It is pretty hot where I live and figured the rogaine is partly culpable for the dandruff. So I decided to start the week by switching to once a day instead of twice a day. It is now day 2 and I am having a crazy amount of shedding of baby hairs. Now, I've read some forums that shedding may reoccur in a year of treatment, but I'm just curious if switching to once a day is causing the shedding. I repeat, it's only been the second day. Any thought? Thanks! (I have thinning at the top of the head, no receding hairline).
