Scalp pain.. can i do anything??????

ok.. hair loss sucks bad.. but can i at least control the pain?
i've tried ALL different types of shampoo
aloe vera gel
emu oil
even got Olux rx.. which the derm perscribed.

nothing. the best i found thus far is aloe vera gel.. but this is only a temporary fix. 1 hr.

last resort is a water softener?? will that help? damn stupid *** hair
