scalp pimples?

Anyone else get these? I've had a couple during the past 3-4 months, maybe more. I'm currently on finasteride, nizoral, and minoxidil. but the minoxidil ran out about a week ago, I'm waiting for a new shipment. the pimples usually in the crown area, I'm not exactly sure if they're making things worse, but they can't be helping.

I seemed to get them when i used both doctor lees spironolactone and nizoral 2% at the same time. I dropped both and they dissapeared.

Maybe you could try as a trial switching to nizoral 1% or the cream and or maybe minxo mouse to see if that makes a difference.

What type of minoxidil do you use, perhaps some minoxidil users could suggest which is the best version for scalp health.

I'm using rogaine foam, but it disappears/melts very quickly once I apply it, since I'm in a very humid place.

I get acne on my scalp every now and then. I have oily skin so that's probably a big factor, malnutrition, smoking cigarettes and marijuana too maybe? I'm not too sure what causes them or if they have a negative impact on my regimen but I seem to be experiencing slight regrowth so far

I can almost guarantee its the nizoral causing it.
