Hi, im a 19 year old male, Im currently shedding hair
and i have included a picture to show you how the front of my head is shedding the most hair, I was wondering what would be the best route for me to maintain or regrow back some of the hair, I want to start early to prevent any damage further on, thanks for reading and please drop any feed back! any at all is appreciated, thanks!
