Hello Forum,

I have recently started Propecia ( almost done with1 month, no serious sides) and I use minoxidil once a day minimum, sometimes twice, and use Lipogaine's big Three shampoo a few times a week as well as take an A and D vitamin supplement. I'm looking too add another topical treatment to my regimen. What would you suggest? I was looking at this sites shop and saw the Tricomin spray and the Folleigen spray. I was thinking I could get one to add to my routine, but which might you all suggest?

Just stick to what you are using now for a year. Adding too many products at once just doesn't make sense as you wouldn't know which ones has helped and which ones hasn't.

Spironolactone, the S5 cream on the site. Its really the only topical that has any testosterone inhibiting effect and its mild. Or pick up some keto shampoo. That has proven results but other than that, thats all that's available.

And for other supplements that have proven effect go with saw palmetto, any nettles although they have very mild effect and the good ones are usually combined with a saw palmetto supplement so I don't bother, indole-3-carbinol, and MSM.
