Shake my NANO

Shake shake shake, shake shake shake, shake my NANO, shake my NANO ...

Dr. P doesn't say anything about shaking well before using, but I was concerned that some settling may occur, so I usually shake my NANO before I apply it. Do you think this is a good, or bad idea? I'd hate to be a SOD buster and damage the ingredients. :lol:

I've wondered about that, too. But it seems like if there were a danger of the contents becoming less "homogenized", Dr. Proctor himself would surely advise us to shake the contents before each use...
