well, guyz, From oct 18-nov 1 (i took propecia 0.5) and from nov 1 to now, i have been taking propecia 1 mg. well, i before i started to take propecia....i had major hair loss.........but most of the hair i was losing were pretty thin to begin with.........now since last 10 days, i have been losing pretty thick hair........i have no fuckin idea what is going on......is this a type of shed???i dont know about this........anyways, i have lost alot of hair at a point in my frontal scalp........and that point is so visible to anyone now.........well, i am hoping this gets better.....i would really appreciate some feedback on this situation.......

i got a shed within 10 days of starting finasteride.
i just started my sixth month. i went through a shed, and yeah i noticed alot of thin hair, including from the back and sideburns.
i havent regrown a single hair that i lost i guess cause my hair feels just as thin, if not worse cause now my sides and back match the thinning on top.
nobody has an explaination for why a shed would cause you to lose hair form the safe zones but thats the way it is.
stick to the finasteride and ride it out. you may respond or you may not but now that you've started it, you have no choice but to keep taking it.
