Should gourmetstylewellness.com have a "RANT" subforum?

It could be an invitation for anarchy and suicide threads, but someone recently suggested adding a hidden subforum, only visible to registered users (so visitors don't end up crying themselves to sleep because of this forum) ...

But here is the note. Do you feel a subforum like this is needed / important to have / worthwhile?

Suicide threads of course will be removed. Maybe it can be where the negative trolls can stew in their own mire ... I don't know. Thoughts?

In the impact of hairloss sub-forum things can get a bit racey sometimes.
There have been some posts (mine included) that certain people find a bit harsh while others who post them may feel it is more therapeutic to just openly vent.
Is there a way to create another sub forum for simpy anger venting?

One user suggested only making it visible to registered users to prevent outside searchers from finding it which doesn't sound like a bad idea.

Honestly I perceived the "impact of hairloss" forum as a venting area but others are not really feeling that way.

The innerworkings of other people's heads is interesting to explore. You could just hide this forum, and let things fly in here.

My fear is that creating such a forum would lead to even moderate rants being moved from Impact to that forum.
Currently, its nice to read some moderate rants on Impact.

Making the Impact forum itself private seems to be a good idea. If someone wants to know how it personally affected us, he better register.

Another idea is to just require a rant thread to have the prefix [RANT] in the title.

No, but I think there should be a section for anyone nw4 and up. I can't tell you how frustrating it is to look for others in my boat to compare stories/comisserate with amongst a sea of nw2s and 3's who have no clue what I am going through. It's a different experience being bald from having the privlage of an nw3 so I think we should have our own place.
