Should I Add Hydrocortisone 1% To My Regimen?

I am a 21 year old male who's been suffering from diffuse thinning since I was 18, My hairline is still pretty much fine, but I've noticed my hair density has been steadily decreasing.
Been using minoxidil, Keto, Biotin, and have recently tried using finasteride 1mg to combat this condition, but I am concerned about the side effects of prolonged finasteride, as it messes with your hormones.
I've stumbled upon some posts regarding uses of Hydrocortisone cream, along with minoxidil, to enhance regrowth, but there's no clear post about the usage and recommended dosage. I also live in Indonesia, where access to medication such as Scalpicin is almost impossible, and that the available Hydro is in generic 1.0% cream tube. No chance to ask a professional here as well as the dermatologists here will only try to sell their own BS tonic. I also heard that prolonged use of Hydro can be hazardous for the skin.
Have any of you guys tried Hydro before? How is the result? Could you give me the recommended usage, as well as dosage? Cheers.

I haven't heard any evidence that it regrows as well as minoxidil and one of the (rare) side effects is actually hair thinning, so I am not sure how advantageous it would be.

pretty sure its not a replacement for minoxidil but to be used with it.

I'm not concerned about minoxidil at all, as it's been doing me really good within the past year. I'm just not really keen on oral DHT blockers, due to the reported side effects. I'm simply hoping Hydro could compliment the use of minoxidil and help me maintain and grow even more hair

As an OTC topical, it is mild even in terms of reducing skin itch. It would add nothing to stimulating more growth and just dilute the concentration of Minoxidil.
