Hi, I am 25 and have used Propecia for almost 2 years straight and Prior to 2 years ago I had used it for about 8 months with a 7 month break in between. I have seen recently that their has been an investigation by the FDA whether or not Propecia and Avodart increase the Risk Of Male Breast Cancer. It is just an investigation so far but I also read that In the UK they had determined that It does.
Now the reason I am scared about this is my mother had breast cancer 4 years ago and thankfully is ok. I also had gyno since I was 12 and had a lipo suction surgery when I was 19 to fix it.

Now if it were you would you get off propecia because of the risk??? Please I need Some Advice. I have been so down today after reading these articles.

Breast cancer feeds off estrogen, doesn't it? Finasteride alters the testosterone/estrogen ratio in some men, but I can't imagine there is an increased risk of breast cancer if your estrogen level stays the same.
