Should I switch from finasteride to dutasteride?

I have been on finasteride for one year and I didn't notice any improvement or any side affects. Should I switch to dutasteride, if so how much should I use and how often. Thanks.

Your improvement may have been maintenance? Unfortunately finasteride doesn't seem a guarantor of regrowth, although it can from what I've heard.
