Side effects of receptor inhibitors vs. 5AR inhibitors

The following questions will probably seem really basic to some of you. I would like to know, what are the side effects of DHT receptor inhibitors like RU as opposed to finasteride or dutasteride? Have there been any cases of RU causing gyno? I tend to think that gyno is caused by the conversion of testosterone into estrogen, as a consequence of 5AR inhibition. However, this would be disproven if receptor inhibitors have the same effect. And are there any other known side effects of DHT inhibitors I should know about?
