How successful can you be with big 3 in this area? After 3 months I do see a blonde vellus outline in the Bruce Willis style, but the thing is my hair on the sides has been kinda straight up and down for as long as I can remember. There are a few new dark terminals in front of the sideburns and towards the eyes. So far it's looking good!

If you mean regrowing temple hair, I've seen some regrowth on propecia, I've been on it about six months and seen a reasonable amount grow back, it's improved my hairline. I've seen other guys do it too, whether it happens is a matter of luck but I'd recommend catching it early as you can.

I'm on finasteride and nizoral and I feel I've caught it in time, it's been only 4-5 months, started in Feb, and my thinning temple has thickened up very nicely, and I'm only on half the dose, hopefully I see more but I'm happy with now so anything is a bonus, I'll probably bump it up to 1mg come next February, touch wood.
If your hairloss is just beginning, finasteride and nizoral is the best combo, but if it's getting bad then you could always throw minoxidil into the mix.
