pls don't tell me cd nuts cuz i am not convinced sooo much myths like gluten free lol or a bunch os stupid supplements that dont work really I tried there test boosting supplements before they did sh*t but again y will i use herbs to boost my t when I already have a higher than range t and dht?

stopped going to the gym for 3 months since all of this happened went into deep depression my diet is not filled with food cuz I don't feel like eating or doing any thing really lol but still rocking 10%bf still looking lean
